1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AI Writing Tools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
AI Writing Tools provides AI-powered writing assistance including but not limited to: text rewriting, grammar checking, AI detection, summarization, citation generation, and plagiarism checking. The Service uses third-party AI models (OpenAI GPT-4o and similar) to process your requests.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to: generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive; infringe on intellectual property rights; generate spam or bulk content; bypass AI detection systems using our tools; attempt to extract or reverse engineer our AI models; or resell access to the Service without authorization.
5. Content Responsibility
You retain ownership of content you submit. However, you are solely responsible for the content you generate using the Service. AI-generated content should not be presented as solely human-written in academic or professional contexts without proper disclosure. The Service is a tool to assist writing, not a replacement for human judgment.
6. Credits and Subscriptions
Credits are consumed per tool use and are non-transferable. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise specified. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose. The accuracy of grammar corrections, citation formats, plagiarism detection, and AI detection results is not guaranteed. Always review AI-generated content before use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Writing Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
